Tennis Elbow Corrective Exercise: Pinch Grip Hold
Stand up tall and hold a plate or object between fingers and thumb. Squeeze together to hold the weight. Keep your wrist neutral. Weight can be held at your side or away from your body. Can always increase weight or time held to make it harder.
