Tennis Elbow Corrective Exercise: Foam Squeeze

Stand or sit up tall. Hold a foam ball, towel, or putty and squeeze fully before slowly releasing. Move it through your fingers to work all muscles. Strengthens finger flexors and forearm stabilizers.
