Tennis Elbow Corrective Exercise: Eccentric Wrist Extension
Support forearm on a bench with palm down. You can sit or kneel next to bench. Use the opposite hand to help lift the dumbbell, then slowly lower it down into as much range of motion as possible using only the working wrist (3-4 second descent).
