Shoulder Impingement Corrective Exercise: Split Stance Row with Rotation
Stand in a staggered stance, reach the opposite arm from leg toward the ground and relax your shoulder. To start the movement, squeeze your shoulder blade back, row your arm and then rotate your torso upwards, keeping your shoulder blade back. After, reach that arm back toward the ground and reset.
