Shoulder Impingement Corrective Exercise: Conscious Correction with Row

Set a band or cable at chest height. Pull away to get a moderate amount of resistance, stand feet hip width apart and then hinge slightly at the waist. First, open the shoulder blades and then squeeze the shoulder blades down and back, then row the band to your ribs and pause.
