Patellar Dislocation Maintenance Exercise: Step Down with Balance
Place a balance pad or unstable surface on a small box or step. Stand on the pad and box with the affected leg. Slowly lower your non-stance foot to tap the heel on the floor, then return to standing in one smooth motion, keeping your belly and glutes tight. The knee should track directly over the toes, and the chest should remain tall.
