Patellar Dislocation Maintenance Exercise: Leg Extension Hold

Using a leg extension machine, resistance band, or ankle weight, sit up nice and tall and extend the affected knee fully and hold at the top of the motion before lowering with control. Keep your toes toward your nose and keep your back straight.
