Patellar Dislocation Corrective Exercise: Single Leg Balance

Stand tall on one leg with a soft bend in the knee, level hips, and your opposite leg held in front at hip height. Squeeze your belly and glutes to maintain position. To increase difficulty, perform on an unstable surface (a foam pad or a BOSU).
