Patellar Dislocation Corrective Exercise: Side Step
Place a mini-band around ankles or knees. Stand up tall, then slowly bend your knees as you sit your hips back into a mini squat. While always maintaining tension on the band, take small controlled steps side-to-side, keeping the toes straight ahead and then knees over the toes. Squeeze your belly and your glutes and keep your chest up tall.
