Lacrosse Drill: First Step
This drill develops an explosive first step off the whistle to gain early advantage on the draw. Begin in a proper draw stance, ready to react. On the start cue, explode into the first two steps only, focusing on speed, direction, and clean body positioning before resetting for the next repetition.
