Hip Flexor Injury Maintenance Exercise: Leg Lift Over Kettlebell
Sit tall with legs extended and a kettlebell placed just outside the ankle of the affected leg. Lift that leg over the kettlebell and return without swinging. Leg must stay completely straight with quad tight and toes toward the nose. Focus on smooth, controlled movement.
