Hip Flexor Injury Maintenance Exercise: Hollow Hold Hip Flexor March

Lay on your back. Lift both leg off the ground and bend knees to 90 degrees. Flatten your back on the ground. Extend one leg out at a time in a marching pattern while maintaining core tension and a flat back. Do not let your foot touch the ground and avoid letting your back arch. Can place a band around the toes of both feet for added difficulty.
