Hip Flexor Injury Corrective Exercise: Standing Hip Flexor with Band
Stand tall with a resistance band looped around the toes on both feet. Lift one knee to hip height while keeping the torso upright and ribs down. Control the lowering phase to avoid swinging the leg. Stand tall and squeeze your belly and glutes.
