Hip Flexor Injury Corrective Exercise: Seated Kettlebell March
Sit up straight at the edge of a bench with knees bent. Place a light kettlebell around the toes of the affected leg. Keep toes up, and lift the knee up, while maintaining upright posture and core engagement. Control the movement up and down, focusing on the working hip.
