Golfer's Elbow Maintenance Exercise: Open Book Stretch
Lie on your side with knees bent and arms out straght at shoulder height. Rotate your top arm across and open your chest toward the ceiling, keeping lower body still. Rotate as far as you can with the goal being to get your top shoulder on the ground. Keep legs stacked.
