Football Drill for Running Backs: Pass Pro Mirror
This drill improves pass protection footwork, balance, and reaction control.
Instructions: Begin in a strong pass protection stance with a wide base, chest up, and hips down. Keep your eyes on the defender and mirror their movement with quick, controlled lateral steps. Stay square and balanced, avoiding overextension while keeping your hands inside and ready to strike. Focus on leverage, discipline, and body control through every rep. Win with your feet, maintain your base, and finish with toughness and intent.
