Football Drill for Offensive Linemen: Footwork

This drill improves agility, coordination, and controlled movement in space.

Instructions: Set up 3–5 agility bags in a straight line and stay in a bent football position with chest up and eyes forward. Begin with high knees over each bag, driving knees to 90 degrees and keeping feet quick without clipping the bags. Progress to a lateral shuffle, maintaining shoulder-width base and quick replace steps without crossing your feet. Finish with the weave, facing forward as you sprint and backpedal through alternating gaps while staying low and balanced. Focus on controlled movement, strong posture, and disciplined footwork every rep.

Reps: 3–4 sets x 3 reps per progression
