Concussion Corrective and Maintenance Exercise: Neck Flexion Hold with Rotation
This exercise improves neck control and mobility to support recovery.

Instructions: Lie on your back and gently tuck your chin (“double chin” position). Lift your head slightly off the ground while keeping shoulders down. Once in position, rotate slowly left and right within a comfortable range. Keep shoulders relaxed and breathe.
Reps: 5 sets × 10-30 seconds
