Ankle Sprain Maintenance Exercise: Kettlebell Ankle Shifts

Kneel with the affected ankle in front. Place a kettlebell on your knee, then gently shift your knee forward over your toes while keeping your heel down to improve joint mobility. A soft pad can be placed under the knee.
