Ankle Sprain Corrective Exercise: Single Leg Balance with 3 Way Hip

Stand on the affected leg with a mini band around the ankles. Reach the unaffected leg forward, sideways, and behind you without losing balance. Hips stay level; knee stays soft. Keep your chest tall and squeeze your belly and glutes.
