Ankle Sprain Corrective Exercise: 3 Way Weighted Calf Raise
Hold light weight in hands. Perform calf raises with feet in three positions: toes in (heels out), neutral, toes out (heels in). Slow up and down for full control. Stand up nice and tall, squeezing belly and glutes.
