ACL Injury Maintenance Exercise: Single Leg Hop over an Object
Hop sideways over a cone or line on one foot. As you land, bend your knee, send your hips back, and keep your chest tall. Think about landing with equal weight in your big toe, little toe, and heel. Pause for 2 seconds.
