ACL Injury Corrective Exercise: Straight Leg Raise with Hold
Lie on your back, one knee bent, or sit up tall with the affected leg straight on a bench or on the ground. Squeeze the quad of the straight leg, pull your toes toward your nose, and lift a couple of inches off the ground. Hold at the top before lowering.
