ACL Injury Corrective Exercise: Single Leg Step Down with Balance and Band

Stand on a step with a light band around your knees or one set up to pull your knee inward. Slowly lower the opposite heel toward the floor while keeping the stance knee tracking over the toes. Pause at the bottom and return with control. Squeeze your belly and your glutes and keep your chest tall.
