ACL Injury Corrective Exercise: Double Leg Jump to Single Leg Land
Jump upward from two feet and land softly on one foot. As you land, bend your knee, send your hips back, and keep your chest tall. Think about landing with equal weight in your big toe, little toe, and heel. Pause for 2 seconds. Quiet feet.
