Softball Drill: Three Cone Blocking

This drill improves lateral quickness, reaction time, and consistent blocking technique. Begin centered between three cones arranged in a triangle. Move quickly to the cone and lower into your blocking position as soon as you reach it. After completing the block, return to the center with controlled footwork and prepare for the next repetition.
