Softball Drill: Long Toss

This drill builds arm strength, endurance, and consistent throwing mechanics. Start at a short, comfortable distance with your partner, gradually lengthening the gap as your arm warms and stays loose. Once you reach your maximum controlled distance, work back in with shorter, aggressive pull-down throws to finish the cycle with strong momentum and clean mechanics.
