Softball Drill: 1, 2, 3 Go

This drill builds consistent rhythm and explosiveness at pitch initiation. Begin on the rubber and follow the “1–2–3 Go” cadence: on 1, move into your load; on 2, begin your forward move; on 3, transition into the release sequence with controlled acceleration. Reset and repeat to reinforce timing and tempo.
