Lacrosse Drill: Square Up Dodging
This drill trains attackers to square up defenders and create separation using quick change-of-direction dodges. Begin in a 1v1 setup with the defender positioned directly in front. Square up the defender with controlled footwork, then execute either a face dodge or split dodge to gain leverage and attack open space. Finish the rep with a shot or move into the next offensive action before resetting.
