Lacrosse Drill: Shuttle
This drill builds efficient footwork, controlled crease movement, and fast recovery between shots. Set three cones at the center of the crease and at each pipe. Starting from the center stance, shuffle quickly from pipe to pipe, touching each cone before returning to the center position under control. Reset immediately and prepare for the next shuttle.
