Lacrosse Drill: Post Up Dodging

This drill teaches attackers to beat defenders using speed, space, and change of direction to create high-percentage scoring opportunities. Set up in a 1v1 alignment from the wing, top, or behind the goal. Initiate the dodge with either a roll dodge or rocker dodge, using footwork and body positioning to gain leverage on the defender. Drive into high-percentage space and finish with a shot or flow smoothly into the next offensive action before resetting.
