Lacrosse Drill: Off Hip Resistance

This drill trains goalies to generate power from the opposite leg and make strong saves to the off-hip side. Begin set in your stance as shots are directed toward the off-hip area. Load the opposite leg, then drive laterally to meet the ball, using both the hands and body to control the save before resetting for the next repetition.
