Lacrosse Drill: Mirror
This drill improves reaction time, defensive agility, and the ability to mirror dodges without over-committing. Set up a small 5×5 yard grid with two players facing each other. One player initiates quick lateral and forward movements while the defender reacts by matching each move, staying balanced and avoiding crossing the feet. Maintain control and posture throughout the round.
