Lacrosse Drill: Direct
This drill improves reaction speed, hand quickness, and ball tracking for draw specialists. Set up with a bounce-back or wall at close range. Throw the ball firmly into the surface and react immediately to the unpredictable return angle, tracking the ball cleanly and securing it under control before repeating.
