Lacrosse Drill: Dig
This drill trains players to win low, contested draw balls using quick hand speed and effective scraping technique. Start with the ball placed on the ground between two players. On the cue, compete for possession by using fast, controlled scooping and scraping motions to gain leverage and secure the ball before resetting for the next repetition.
