Lacrosse Drill: Cone Box
This drill teaches defensive footwork, balance, and controlled approaches in tight spaces. Set up a box using four cones spaced 5–7 yards apart and begin in a strong defensive stance. Shuffle around the outside of the box, changing direction at each cone while staying low, balanced, and under control. Complete repetitions in both directions to reinforce symmetry and body control.
