Lacrosse Drill: 8 Meter Shooting

This drill improves decision-making, shooting form, and game-speed execution under pressure. Begin at the 8-meter hash with a defender positioned behind or slightly to the side. On the whistle, attack with pace and make the appropriate read: driving to shoot, stepping into space for a quick release, or moving the ball to a teammate depending on the defensive response. Reset quickly and repeat to reinforce consistency and composure.
