Brooke is a registered dietitian and board-certified sports nutrition specialist with extensive experience in professional sports. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to enhancing the performance and recovery of elite athletes and teams. Brooke excels at translating complex nutrition science into actionable strategies, offering personalized guidance on training and competition fueling, travel nutrition, meal prepping, and supplementation. She holds a Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Cal State Long Beach and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of New Mexico, where she also competed as a Division 1 soccer athlete.

Hannah Cooper grew up as a Navy kid who moved every three years, including two stints living in Japan, which gave her an early appreciation for the way culture, food, and identity are connected in ways most people never get to see. That breadth of perspective shapes the empathy and curiosity she brings to performance nutrition coaching. A Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics with experience in professional baseball, Hannah works with more than 160 professional players each season in addition to her IMG Academy athletes, giving her an unusually deep bench of expertise in the demands of elite sport. Her specialty is baseball and softball nutrition, but her passion is helping any young athlete understand how simple everyday food choices drive energy, endurance, and recovery. She once worked with a high school athlete relying on multiple energy drinks a day because she never had time to eat and helped her transform her habits and her performance by building a practical fueling plan around her real life. Hannah is direct, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the work, which makes even the most reluctant athletes into believers once they experience the difference that smart fueling makes. She passes the CSSD board exam and continues to hold herself to the highest professional standards because she believes her athletes deserve nothing less.
