Dr. Rachel Hoeft specializes in Sport and Performance Psychology. With a doctorate in psychology, she possesses a deep understanding of how the mind influences performance, particularly in athletic and competitive contexts.
Dr. Hoeft’s passion for the mental aspects of sports stems from her own extensive athletic background. A competitive soccer player from kindergarten through college, soccer became a central part of her identity. During her playing career, she faced significant challenges, including three ACL tears, a meniscus tear, and numerous other injuries, which ultimately guided her toward the field of sport psychology.
Since discovering her passion for this discipline, Dr. Hoeft has dedicated her career to empowering athletes. She strives to help them build confidence and navigate the mental hurdles of high-level competition.

Jeanne Hendricks is a performance nutrition coach with IMG Academy Plus. She is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Sports Dietitian based in Providence, Rhode Island. Her extensive experience includes working with thousands of athletes, drawing from her own background as a Division I student-athlete at Towson University. During her time as a student-athlete, Jeanne experienced firsthand the transformative impact of nutrition on optimizing athletic performance and supporting overall well-being.
Her passion for nutrition education grew during her time as a health teacher in Carroll County, Maryland, and as an assistant softball coach at West Chester University in Pennsylvania. Over the past decade, Jeanne has dedicated her career to providing athlete-centered nutrition education for high school and collegiate athletes in both individual and group settings. Trained in motivational interviewing, she is deeply passionate about empowering athletes to optimize their health, wellness, and performance through science-based, realistic, and sustainable strategies.
