Rachel is a mental performance coach who strives to help athletes feel confident in their abilities to succeed. Throughout her career as a competitive soccer player and track runner, Rachel sustained a total of 3 ACL tears and a meniscus tear, which fueled her passion for pursuing a career in sport psychology. These experiences allow her to connect with players who have faced the most difficult of obstacles, knowing that no challenge is too big to overcome when you commit to developing your mental game.
