Sloan is an experienced speaker, facilitator, and mental skills coach with a passion for using psychology and experiential learning to develop mental strength and resilience. She has a deep understanding of the student experience from a decade of supporting group and individual clients within both high school and college settings. Most recently she supported executives towards sustainable high performance as a keynote speaker and High Performance Executive Coach for Exos. She has supported IMG Academy+ individual clients for 2 years and is eager to build relationships that empower others towards achieving their goals and strengthening their growth mindset. Sloan holds a master’s degree in applied sport and exercise psychology from the University of North Carolina Greensboro and a bachelor’s degree in exercise and sport science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.
